About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Team Leader to join our NSW team.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you'll lead a team of HVAC Service Technicians while remaining hands-on in the field. You'll provide technical leadership, support day-to-day operations, and ensure preventative maintenance and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician or existing Team Leader who enjoys mentoring others while continuing to work on the tools.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team with ongoing opportunities for development and career progression.
What You'll Bring
- Qualified HVAC Technician
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within the commercial HVAC industry
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems
- ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current driver licence
- White Card, Working With Children Check, Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and professional presentation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a team of HVAC Technicians
- Remain hands-on, performing servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
- Act as the technical escalation point for the team
- Coordinate daily activities with the Account Manager and Service Coordinators
- Ensure preventative maintenance and reactive works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Assist with technician training, development and performance
- Complete site inspections, minor quotations and technical reports
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
Additional Information
You may be required to complete audiometric testing within your first 3 months to establish a baseline (fully covered by the company). This does not impact hiring decisions or employment terms.
