  • Upload documents
  • Complete questionnaires or assessments

  • Provide referee details
  • Complete pre-employment screening requirements

Additional information may also be obtained from referees, background screening providers, and other parties involved in the recruitment process where permitted by law.

Use and Retention of Information

If your application is successful, your information may become part of your employee record.

If your application is unsuccessful, Precise may retain your information for future recruitment opportunities unless you request otherwise.

  • Hiring managers and authorised employees of Precise
  • Related entities within Precise
  • Recruitment service providers and technology providers supporting the recruitment process
  • Referees and screening providers involved in assessing your application

You may access or update your information through your candidate profile or by contacting the People & Culture team.

It is your responsibility to ensure your information remains accurate and up to date.

Privacy

Precise handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation and its Privacy Policy.

Any offer of employment may be subject to satisfactory completion of relevant pre-employment checks, licences, certifications, permits, medical assessments, or other requirements relevant to the position.
